App connection settings

Now that you are aware of the Akeneo Activation App features, let us help you set up and effectively use your App.

To access your App:

For the first time go to: Connect >> Apps store >> Akeneo Activation App >>Connect
Other times go to: Connect >> Connected Apps >> Akeneo Activation App >>Open
 

 

 

Set up your Akeneo Activation App in the Akeneo PIM

Admin's first usage only

 

Prerequisite:

  • Akeneo App activated by your Akeneo's representative
  • Manage/Open App permissions in the PIM


Please follow the steps below:

  • Go to: Connect >> App store >> Akeneo Activation App >> Click on Connect

 

  • A modal with authentication permissions will be displayed. You will be asked to agree to the App's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Acknowledge & confirm.  

 

  • A modal confirming the PIM connection will be displayed. Click "Go Home.

 

  • At this step your PIM and its configuration are connected to the Akeneo Activation app and you will return to the Connected Apps screen within your PIM navigation under Connect.
  • Click “Open App” and you will be taken to the Akeneo Activation App channel list page where you will be able to start connecting to different retailer and marketplace channels.
