Creating Supplier Access
You can create supplier access manually for each supplier.
From the Supplier Access tab click CREATE SUPPLIER ACCESS button:
- Supplier Access Label: Enter the name of the access, typically the supplier company name.
- Owner: Assign an owner from your team. This person will receive email notifications when the supplier completes assigned tasks.
- Accessible Steps: Select the final step you want the supplier to access. All previous modules will be automatically assigned.
Define a dedicated workflow for suppliers by assigning a normalization module to specify the required attributes. Suppliers cannot validate the step until they have provided all required information.
Ask your Customer Success Manager to help you with this configuration setting.
- Supplier Access Collaborator's Email Addresses: Enter one or multiple email addresses to send an invitation link to the supplier's collaborators.
Separate multiple email addresses with a space, comma, semi-colon, or line break.
Supplier Access List
View and manage all your supplier accesses:
- Access the Supplier Access Tab: Here, you can see a list of all created supplier accesses.
- Details Displayed: The table includes the creation date, invited collaborators, the last assigned module, the last visit of the supplier collaborator, and the access owner from your team.
Actions you can do:
- Edit: You can edit on the invited collaborators and add new ones.
- Open in a new tab: visit the supplier access directly from your SDM by clicking on this option.
- Copy supplier access URL link
- Delete supplier access
