How does the "Project" view work?

Summary

How does the "Projects" menu work in general? 

To log in, go to your platform, then to the menu on the left entitled "Project".

  1. Consult your projects via the menu bar on the left. 
  2. From the page title find out how many projects are underway in your organization. 
  3. From a project tile find the:
    1. modules used in each project are listed one by one. 
    2. project's last edit date
  4. To view a project in detail, simply click on it. 

 

What does a"Project" page consist of? 

  1. A "Jobs" tab displays all the active jobs and enables you to create a new job by integrating your catalogs. 
  2. A "Portals" tab that displays the supplier's access to the authorized steps ,by the workflow. 
  3. A "Metrics" tab for downloading information on the use of the tool in Excel format. 
  4. A "Configuration" tab that lets you change the name of your project. 

 

This view is pre-filtered on your user name. Don't forget to uncheck your name to see all the jobs in the project.
