How to create a supplier portal?

Here's how to give your suppliers access to their own portals.

 

 

 

Log in to the platform, then to the menu on the left entitled "Project".

 

 

  1. Go to the "Portals" tab. 
  2. Click on the "NEW PORTAL" button in the top right-hand corner. 
  3. Enter the portal name. For example: Lille supplier portal.
  4. Assign yourself or one of your colleagues to this new portal as a job owner 
    1. The job owner is the one receiving the notification emails, from your organisation, once the supplier has started importing product information.
  5. Select the final step you wish to give access to
    1. You can grant your supplier access to successive steps. The import step serves as the initial point and represents the minimal access you can provide.
  6. VALIDATE your request. 
  7. Share the unique URL link with your suppliers so that they can access their portal.

 

Good to know: When you assign a member of your team to a supplier portal, they will receive follow-up emails, for example, to notify them when the supplier has completed their mission.
