This section provides information on how to find the data you have synchronized with BigCommerce.
Categories
How to find my products on BigCommerce?
In order to find the categories:
- In BigCommerce navigate to Products
- Click on the Product categories entry
- You will find the imported categories attached to the storefront you have defined in your app's store configuration
The category tree will be imported from the category/sub-category defined in your store Configuration and will not be editable unless you remove the whole category tree in BigCommerce.

How to find my products on BigCommerce?
- In BigCommerce navigate to Products
- Click on the View entry

How to find my variants in Shopify?
In order to find the product variants:
- In BigCommerce, navigate to Products
- Click on the View entry
- Select a product with product variants
