Change your password

From your SDM profile: click on the "My Account" button at the top right of your screen

  1. Confirm Current Password
  2. Enter New Password
  3. Click on the "Validate" button to save your changes.

Change your interface default language

You can choose in which language you want your SDM interface to be.

  1. Click on “My Account” at the top right of your screen.
  2. From the Settings tab: select the language of your choice

This UI locale is used all over the SDM interface: menus, screen labels, messages… 

Notification Preferences

To manage your email notifications, go to My Account and click the Settings tab. Here, you can customize when SDM sends you email alerts. You can receive notifications for the following events:

  • When an FTP server fails to process your file
  • When a supplier contributor uploads a product file and/or media via Supplier Access
  • When a supplier contributor completes the last step assigned to their Supplier Access
  • When a job takes longer than your specified processing time
