Excel (XLSX) export settings let you control what data is included when end users export products from Digital Showroom as an Excel file. These settings apply at the portfolio level.
Before you start
- You must have access to the Digital Showroom admin area.
- You must have a portfolio to configure.
What you can configure
In Excel exports, you can configure which product attributes to export. This selection controls the columns included in the generated Excel file.
Notes
- Your attribute selection is taken from the portfolio settings and is used when generating the XLSX export.
- Some system information (such as Family, Categories, and the main Identifier) may be included or excluded depending on whether the related attribute codes are part of your export attribute selection.
Configure the Excel export attribute selection
- Go to Admin > Portfolios.
- Click the portfolio you want to configure.
- In the left sidebar, click Export settings.
- In the Excel export section, configure the list of attributes to include in the export.
- Click Save.

How this affects end users
After you save your Excel export settings, end users who generate an Excel (XLSX) export will get a file that contains the attributes you selected, as columns.
