What is it?
The value mapping module is equipped with memory and enables you to standardize the various attribute values sent by your suppliers to those you accept in your taxonomy.
What is the purpose of the classification module?
Its aim is to unify your suppliers' data models, so as to feed your website filters cleanly and enhance your customers' experience. This module enables you to unify and standardize your data models.
For example, it's very common to have color values different from those of your suppliers. In this module, you can map the values "Light Blue" to "Blue" or "Duck Blue" to "Blue" and vice versa.
It is also possible to reconcile several values to a single target value.
For example, for unisex garments you can combine the values "man" and "woman".
