Ziggy Workspace: your AI agent in the Akeneo PIM

This page is only for customers who are taking part in the Ziggy Workspace Beta.

Ziggy Workspace is an AI-powered agent built directly into the Akeneo PIM. It helps you build and manage your catalog through natural language - handling both read and write across you PIM

Unlike Ask Ziggy, Ziggy Workspace can take action. It can create, update, and delete PIM objects on your behalf, as well as read and explain your existing catalog data, configurations, and Akeneo documentation.

Ziggy Workspace works in multiple languages and is available on all Akeneo SaaS editions.

Access Ask Ziggy

Ziggy Workspace is accessible from the Activity Navigation in the left-hand side menu of the PIM.

Click Go to Workspace to open the panel or start typing to tell Ziggy what to do.

Ziggy also makes recommendations related to your product data that are refreshed for you, daily.

What Ziggy Workspace can do

Ziggy Workspace has access to Akeneo Help Center documentation, your tenant's PIM configuration, and your PIM data. It can both read your catalog and take direct action within it.

Ziggy Workspace can read and explain anything in your catalog. This includes:

Manage access to Ziggy Workspace

To enable access for specific user groups:

Go to System > Roles.
Select the role you want to modify.
Click Permissions.
Expand Ask Ziggy and check Make changes with AI Agents in Ziggy Workspace.
Click Save.
