Apply a logo and branding color to one Supplier Portal so external suppliers can recognize the space assigned to their organization. Per-portal branding appears after sign-in and is separate from the global Supplier Portal login page branding.
This feature is in early access. Reach out to your Akeneo contact if you're interested in trying it out.
Before you start
- Your role must include the Manage supplier organizations permission.
- Create the Supplier Portal in Akeneo PIM.
- Prepare a PNG, JPG, or WebP logo that is 2 MB or smaller.
- Choose an accessible six-digit hexadecimal color with sufficient contrast against white.
Configure Supplier Portal branding
To brand one Supplier Portal in Akeneo PIM:
- Go to System > External access > Supplier Portals.
- Open the Supplier Portal.
- Open the Branding tab.
- Upload a file under Upload your logo.
- Enter a hexadecimal value under Define your branding color, such as
#4A8373. - Click Save.
The Supplier Portal displays the logo on its home page. The branding color is applied to interface elements such as titles, navigation icons, and tabs.

The Supplier Portal Branding tab contains the portal logo upload and the hexadecimal branding color used after suppliers sign in.
Distinguish portal branding from login branding
Per-portal branding applies to one Supplier Portal after authentication. Supplier portal login page branding is a system-wide setting that applies to the hosted sign-in page for every supplier before their organization is known.
